Poorest service

HP Logo Write a review I wrote a complaint about vodacom and to date they have never bothered to call me. Talk about customer service. The contract number is still active and not canceled. I would not recommend Vodacom not even to my worst enemy. They don't care at all about their customers. They rep**** and said they would contact me that was for show. All the consultant Rose, Pearl and Basetsane and all the rest that I have spoken too are still going on thier daily lives. It seems there is no complaints resolution team. Lodging any complaints about vodacom is a waste of time. I will cancel my contracts with them and go to a company that values their customers clearly I don't matter as a customer.
