Poorest of Poor Service from useless consultants

<p>I app**** for a contract about a week ago. After I was declined for a Iphone due to credit score which I was aware of I was then told by a guy called Ashley in their sales desk that I qualify for the P8 lite. I opted for it and after a few days received a sms that confirmed that I was successfully vetted which was received on the 4 July 2014 09:23. I then received a call from a guy in their confirmation desk and I we confirmed the delivery address and whatever else. He then said it will be delivered. A few mintues after dropping the phone, he called back to inform me that they did not actually have the black device in stock and I asked if they can't just ship another one. He said no we have to submit another application. I agreed but thereafter I had to call 4 times to the sales desk with not much help at all. I called friday and monday and was told that Ashley will contact me regarding the matter which has not happened. When I called today the lady that answered informed me that due to my application being declined I have to wait for 90 days to apply again. How does one get approved on the 4th and due to their own mistake not checking stock levels I get declined and as a result I have now been victimized. I am so upset about this experience that it has really made me think my loyalty towards this company. Sadly I worked for Vodcom in the Life Centre for over 5 years and clearly their customer service quality has dropped badly. I no longer will waiste my time with this network. I thank you for this back service.</p>
