Poor WiFi installation communication!

Vodacom, so excited to call for new business when it comes to WiFi. Sales rep arrives in minutes. Sign documents. After all that we hear nothing? Router then arrives and we told to wait. A month later we still have no internet access. Not one person follows up!! We now phone and still noyone has been dispatched. What poor poor service!! I’m glad we all switching to a better network and yes we have cancelled this ridiculous network platform.

You guys are slow and unprofessional!! Happy to leave!!
