Poor Vodacom Service and potential *****

I am deeply disgusted with Vodacom poor service.

I ordered a Mifi Router on the Vodacom online store on the 17th October. I have paid in full and it is reflecting on the website.

It is now a month and my order has not been delivered. I have contacted multiple Vodacom branches but nobody is able to assist. The call centre agents are useless and always divert me to another call centre to try. Nobody can assist me with this matter. My order is now cancelled without any reason. I have not been refunded. This is *****.
