Poor Vodacom service

On the 29th of January I app**** for a contract online, the phone was an iPhone 6s pre owned. I did everything and my application was approved to the extent that I received an email from Vodacom stating that I'd receive my device in 3-4 days. 3-4 days later I still do not have the phone from Vodacom let alone nobody has contacted me. I did several follow up and the one consultant told me that the application status says pending. Okay, I called again and I was told my application was rejected due to the fact that I didn't submit any documents which confuses me because there was no contact that was made requesting these more over my contract had been approved and the phone was supposedly "on it's way", I submitted the requested documentation and there's been silence so as usual I do a follow up and the consultant that assisted me today told me that there was no need to submit any documents due to the fact that it was approved. Apparently Vodacom tried contacting me and they couldn't reach me and I'm not sure when they even called because I've been waiting.
