Poor vodacom service!!!!!!!

Im not please with vodacom they demand customer to pay for a service but cant provide you for the service you paid for They demand pyment take more money then they invoice you for and the never help you to refund the credit back in your account Vodacom fiber not working they not even leting me as a loyal customer know that there are problems with the fiber network but can take the money dubble in the shop when I paid for if ALSO ASKED IN THE VODACOM SHOP IN WONDERBOOM MALL WHY MY FIBER NOT WORKING … RUDELY REPLAYING NOT THERE PROBLEM PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE but im paying for my service to work Cant give me canselation fee to cancel my contracts with them because something is wrong with my account but cant give me feedback on what is going on now have to wait till monday for feedback Dont feel its fair against a loyal paying customer to get this poor service They are quick to cut your line if you dont pay but when they own u as a customer money you cant get nobody to assist you 🤬😡
