Poor Vodacom Service

My contract phone was ****** the morning of 19 August and I rang the Robertson Vodacom Office to ask for it to be blacklisted and I also called the General Vodacom number to ensure it had happened. The local Police retrieved my phone so I called the Robertson Office who advised I must go in to sign a form for the phone to be unblacklisted which I did on the afternoon of 19 August. After many phone calls it seems that the form that was submitted from the Robertson Office had the wrong IMEI number and 7 days later my business phone is still blacklisted. I have re-submitted the form but told I must wait 48 working hours which means I do not have access to my business phone for 10 days. I have re-contacted Vodacom this morning as it is a week now to be advised to send my request to another e mail address and it will be 24 working hours before it is sorted. So that will be 12 days without my business phone. I find this totally unacceptable.
