Poor Vodacom service.
My initial query to Vodacom was on the 19 Dec 2019. Yesterday I get an sms saying my problem with their service has been resolved??????? Well today I am still getting all my calls dropped and even when I phone customer care Vodacom drops the call before I can even speak to them. So for goodnes sake how can I get an answer!!!!!!!

02 Jan 2020, 14:45It is now 2/1/2020 Vodacom has dropped 40 of my calls today alone even to their so called customer care/don’t care. every call gets cut off after about 2 minutes bar none. their service is pathetic to put it nicely and Vodacom does not care. I am in central Benoni not on mars, pathetic, pathetic. My first complaint to them Was December 19th last year.
