Poor Vodacom Service

I took a contract with Vodacom in 2014 towards December, in 2015 I received a message around June 2015 saying that Vodacom is moving me to 3G billing system, and they are giving me free 1GB for that, which I call Vodacom to confirm that, as I don't believe in free things and they confirm that it was really free. In August same year my bill went up by over 100% even the following two months which I complained and they told me it was my high usage for those months. Which I paid and continue with the contract thinking that it was my fault. Vodacom refunded me R250 around October and when I try get an explanation for how they refunded me I never got an explanation and around October 2015 my SIM card just went off and started to give me an error message. I complain to Vodacom and they accuse me of damaging the SIM and I requested a SIM swap in one of Vodacom stored which they fail to process as they said they can’t view my SIM as it didn't exist on the system. I was told to go to other Vodacom shops that are using 3G system and they also fail to do the SIM swap. I ended up going to Vodacom world around June 2016 as they were busy taking me up and down and I met the guy called Thato Chuene who started trying to help me for few months and fail, he told me that there was an issue with my number and IT was busy dealing with it. He also fail to help and I decided to stop the debit order payment 2016 November as I was continuing paying them while I was not even receiving service. They started sending me invoices saying I am owing them, which I responded by saying they are the one owing me as I paid them for more than 12 months while they were not giving me service. February 2017 I receive a letter that says I am owing them R1500 for the past few months I stop the debit order and they told me I was using the SIM which i disagreed with them as the SIM card has been off for the past +12 months. I ended up taking steps to find out who was using my number only to find out that Vodacom has provided the same number I have to someone else as contract in 2016. Now I want them to payment back the money I paid for the last months and money I spend going up and down trying to resolve this issue while it was their fault and they are ignoring me since I send them an email when they wanted me to terminate the contract.
