POOR VODACOM ONLINE SERVICE

I'm so fed up with the service I got from Vodacom Online, they have a lack of service and knowledge regarding their products. I'm in the market for a new laptop and data deal. I found a package that I was interested in and I contacted Vodacom Online to receive more information because the information on the web was not enough. None of the consultants could assist me in giving me the wanted information regarding the laptop that comes with the package. I spoke to 5 different consultants and all of them promise to phone back with the information, I never received a call back from one of them. I have never been so disappointed in the service received from Vodacom Online. Poor service, resulting me to look at other service providers's packages.
