Poor Vodacom Network Provider

Please be advised that for approximately the last 2 weeks. More than several of us have been experiencing absolute non satisfactory wifi and internet service due to constant periods of non signal from vodacom in multiple areas of the east rand gauteng. Failure due to service and network providing most media apps and most apps on our cellular phones including internet either just dont work for hours on end or simply just freezers up. Thus is very aggravating and disappointing as me myself has been a loyal Vodacom user for more than 20 years. Could someone please respond to this asap and send feedback with proper effective solutions asap. Thank You. REGARDS Sharn Hugo.
