Poor Vodacom Internet Service

I live in Karel street , Hartbee****rt The Vodacom fibre internet service is very poor with nearly all Vodacom customers in the street complain with poor CUSTOMER SERVICE and frequent intemittend Vodacom connectivity.Poor feedback when internet is off.Some of the customers do experience connectivity prblems for more than a week.They even created a fibre whatsup group to find out what is happening with connectivity problems.The repair response is really poor
