Poor vodacom data network coverage in Mt Frere

I posted the message below on 13 March 2016. Except for 2 phone calls, Vodacom has not taken any action towards addressing the complaint. I guess the reason is clear why Vodacom and other cellular network providers (except MTN) do not want to be under an ombud scheme. They now can get away with a message to call you on forums as these without ever attending to the problem itself.

\3G for data usage is pathetic in Mount Frere, especially the Badibanise area where Ingwe TVET College is situated. This is despite reporting the problem to Vodacom and explaining that we have more than 100 users (our employees) of USB and other data ****les that require access. We are not able to comprehend why smaller towns like Ntabankulu and Mount Ayliff have a better network coverage when they do not have businesses/banks and government businesses like Mt Frere does.
There are times when we are not able to process salaries timeously due to no data network coveage. The call centre cannot identify what the problem is when there is no coverage. After a week, a message stating the problem is resolved is sent without any change in data coverage. \""
