Poor Vodacom data
There is no or very weak data signal in Port Edward. This is unacceptable as we pay for this service. False advertising from Vodacom not to be the best network supplier in SA but the worst as they don’t fix it or send out any communication about this

25 Dec 2020, 11:19Hi It has been 2 days now with no or poor data signal, logged a call and phone Vodacom, all is just escalating the problem don't know to where, it looks like Vodacom is full of escalations and problem that nobody is actioning/addressing or resolving. Still waiting for Vodacom to phone me and resolve the data problem

29 Dec 2020, 20:45Hi, as per your reply you said the problem with the no or slow VODACOM data will be sorted, how long does it take to sort it out, VODACOM has not waited for my monthly subscription or slow payment. This is unacceptable to struggle with data that we pay for. Waiting urgent fix and reply, think other VODACOM users must also know about the poor or lack there of .
