Poor Vodacom Customer Care Service

On 23/05/2019 I contacted Vodacom customer care: Vodacom has a special service called "Vodacom Ticket Data". I've bought some of thos data packages several times, but for some time now, I'm unable to use that data, but my normal data package gets depleted instead. Therefore I contacted them on the 23rd. I was promised the issue would be resolved within 24h. On 24/05/2019 I had to contact Vodacom customer care again (23 and a half hours later), because the issue remained unchanged. I was then told that it would only be sorted out on 26/05/2019 (because they would not be able to help me over a weekend) and I was even questioned why I had to use social media etc. and I was asked why I don't just use whatsapp only! I feel that I pay for my data and what I do with my data is my business! On 26/05/2019 I received an sms / e-mail to inform me that they are giving me a complementary 1G data. But I am still unable to use the "special" Vodacom Ticket Data - that included social media, video and whatsapp data. And when I try to call them, they have an issue of high call volumes. I run part of my business through Facebook, which means that I'm unable to assist my patients after hours, because I'm running out of normal data and the available "ticket" data can't be used. Most pathetic service I have experienced in a long time. I've been with Vodacom almost 20 years now, but at this stage I'm considering MTN. I don't feel like discussing the matter with them over a phone call, because even that is frustrating due to all their security questions. And if you go to a local Vodacom shop, they just shrug their shoulders and tell you to phone Customer Care. Maybe they should start to concentrate on resolving issues, especially if you are trying to resolve it with calling them severatimes. I'm extremely unhappy with Vodacom. I'm definitely going to cancel my contracts with them.
