Poor Vodacom coverage and lip service

I complained before on Hellopeter about poor signal due to minimal coverage in Fairview Golf Estate, Gordon's Bay, Western Cape. Client services contacted me, acknowledging their problem of not enough towers in our area, but ensured me they are erecting more towers as soon as in the next 2 months. This was 6 months ago and yet no progress. We are all looking at changing to other service providers as we're paying good money for no service.
