POOR VODACOM
After numerous call and placed on hold forever and many dropped calls, this insurance is still not cancelled, worst part of it all, I never accepted this cover. Working for a financial service provider this is ******* to add any insurance product without consent of the consumer. I will report this to the Fais ombudsman if I don't get any feedback today! ********** 580
