POOR VODACAM FIBER AVAILABILLITY
It has now been months that either on a Tuesday of a Wednesday there is no fiber. Recently it happens at all times that there is no fiber. we pay a fix payment - no service. No compensation for periods that Vodacom is not able to provide service. This is also very inconvenient as I work from home. No fiber - no production.

Great stuff vodcom! Get a agent to call and advise that he cannot assist as every single time the fiber is not available I need to log a call and take it up with the fiber team. Really??? !!!!!! It is a constant general problem in Evander!!! Catch a wake up and do your home work befor getting somebody to call. Track you team communication to fiber users in Evander. I stand by my point. Extreme poor service and now you have placed the cherry ontop. Call me once YOU have done your homework
