Poor Vidacom service in Secunda

Its now 2 days with no or intermittent mobile internet. Vodacom fiber is also down. And its not during loadshedding. The poor people you phone in the call center ( if you habe phone reception in Secunda) also cant do much. Since the fiber is down i bought mobile data but that I cant use either. POOR service from Vodacom. If I had any alternative I would have fone there but that is how they make money. No service and no alternative....
