Poor to zero network coverage.
Been battling with dropped calls and now total network failure. Have 50 people in the area complaining but with zero action. No feedback and no internet. Business being affected and safety in the area.

19 Apr 2025, 17:59As the network goes, Vodacom could not even make a call to my mobile number. Another 24 hrs and zero service. This is a huge security risk for the community. No access to cell or data.

Can someone give us a straight or any answer. speaking to Vodacom on Facebook is a joke. 1 week and the only answer they can give is we will get back to you when we have feedback. This is going into week 4. And you appose alternative players to enter the market, with this level of service I see why.
