Poor to non-existent vodacom network service

Network in Wupperthal , district Clanwilliam is of no use. Ons can't even send a whatsapp message over network. I' a businessman residing in Wuppertha and need to work from home during this COVID-19 lockdown period but can't make use of network. I must drive to Clanwilliam to do work over network. Please rectify the problem or increase tbe system's "handling capacity" - it seems as ic it become contested too easily.
