Poor Time Estimates, Poor Customer Service, etc.

I sent a phone in that was overheating and decided to get another contract instead because I require a phone for business and other social obligations - especially for the holiday season as this is the time for family and friends.

I was told they don't have stock, I can come Monday or Tuesday - they will have stock by then.

Monday they tell me Tuesday, then Tuesday (today) they tell me Wednesday (tomorrow).

This is not the first or second time that I have had to deal with poor time estimates from this branch.

Other than that, they do not comminicate in any form - not email, telphonically or otherwise, despite saying that they will.

There is no way to resolve this for me personally as a customer as this is an internal issue to do with poor employee training or lack of resources in the sense of time or technolog, or whatever else - I do not know.

I am changing contracts as soon as possible.

That is 4 cellphone contracts that I will not go to Vodacom for again.

I would advise my friends and family to do the same.

Yes, just give me a phone call. You know, a phone call on the phone I do not have.

Seriously, I would like it if a human being replies and not some cookie cutter standard text that's either copy and pasted or from a bot.
