Poor systems and service from Team leaders

I recently made a payment arrangement with Vodacom for my outstanding balance, all I need is a letter stating that such an arrangement has been made. I spoke with Musa from Legal and he advised that customer care will be able to assist me. I get to customer care and I speak with Thato who tells me that Subscriptions will be in the best position to assist me. I get to Subscriptions and I am told by Prince that Customer care should be the ones to assist me. At this stage I ask to speak with his supervisor (Lebo, who I must add, hung up on me while I was still talking) who reiterates the same thing - go back to customer care/ pre-legal.

So in the whole of vodacom, no one, not a single soul in three departments knows which department does what? All I need is a letter stating that a payment arrangement has been put in place so I can give my prospective employer. Without this letter, I don’t get a job - Vodacom blacklists me. At this stage I will never be employable. So vodacom, next time the president speaks about the unemployment rate in the country, look in the mirror because at this stage you about to contribute to my unemployment over a simple documentation that states a simple telephonic dialogue in writing!
