Poor support service

I don't know if they are deserving of this one star. The service I received on the 16th of April was terrible. My issue was never resolved and this is not the 1st time I received such a service from Vodacom. I spoke to 2 different consultants, Prudence and Randy. Not even one manager to resolve my issue. My VB went missing and I am still angry. I am even thinking of switching networks because their support service is the worst!!!
