Poor support

<p>My credit card has been replaced so I need to update my Vodacom account details.</p> <p>I tried a store for this: No, they cannot do that - call ********** </p> <p>So I call that number - no, a represenattive will call me back: Great! And I have been waiting and waiting.</p> <p>I look for an e-mail address for Vodacom so that I can mail them. It must be hidden becasue I can't see it on their site; there is one for ****s and hoaxes ....</p> <p>Very poor customer service - why should i stick with Vodacom?</p>
