Poor slow internet on the vodacom wifi

I have a vodacom wifi router the past couple of weeks the network has been so terrible to the point of i feel the need to cancel. One cant stream or download or do anything..with the kids being home for the holidays this is an inconvience i tried reaching out to the Facebook platform and they've been useless and not helpful as usual. It gets to me that i pay my monthly fee but cant access service whats even worse is that i now need to buy data for a different network because vodacom has terrible network. If its not buffering every 2 seconds i just cant down load...vodacom pull up ur socks
