Poor SLA
Good day I am using Vodacom for very long time and have a contract with them this is the very first time that I get poor service from them. I went in store to renew my contract that was on Saturday the 25th of September 2021 apparently they do not keep some of the phones in store and you have to order it they said latest Monday and it's wendsday already and I get a call from Vodacom with the excuse about public holidays and I might receive my phone in the next week. What can I do to take this further or who can I contact
