Poor Signal Strength In Pierre Van Ryneveld

I launched a complaint in November 2014 regarding the poor (almost non existing) Vodacom signal where I stay in Pierre Van Ryneveld. Vodacom contacted me and asked that I be patient as a new cell tower will be erected sometime in 2015, this tower would be a sheared tower between MTN and Vodacom. This tower would then resolve the bad signal in my area, where you will be lucky to get a \H"signal strength. <br> <br> We are fast approaching the end of 2015 and nothing has been done yet. I am very disappointed in Vodacom. Its not like I am staying in a rural hard to reach area. <br> How is it possible that Vodacom can not do anything regarding this issue??<br> <br> Pathetic!!!! """
