Poor signal several requests refused

Good day<br> I have recently moved to a complex in Ninapark and have a problem with poor signal. The complex is situated in the middle surrounded by houses. In my home I have very poor signal and sometimes just plain no service. However just outside the complex in the street the signal strength is fine. I receive notifications of missed calls then my phone did not even ring, I am a single mom and I fear that if something happens to us I will not even be able to phone for any help at all. The owner of the house experienced the same problem and when the booster was installed all was fine. I have made several requests now with Vodacom to install a booster but my requests is denied due to the apparent upgrading of the vodacom tower which is due sometime during 2015. Please advise why if I am on the roof of the house I get a full 4G signal but inside the house I only receive Edge with 3 bars???? I have been a client for more than 15 years with Altech autopage and vodacom with an account of more than R2000.00 per month.
