Poor signal ignored complaint

I live and work in Moreleta Park, Pretoria East. I have been complaining Customer Care about my cell phone reception for over 6 months. They have promised to send a technician to test and install a booster for better reception. Up to date all they do is make empty promises. My business call are being dropped everyday and it takes 10 minutes to connect to any number and my business is being affected by this. And on top of this I am on a Top package with Vodacom for the past 17 years. I am seriously considering changing to MTN very soon!!
