poor signal

I have had good customer service from Vodacom since 2002. I know they advertise to have the best cell phone signal. However, there is extremely poor signal around my house in Bryanston. I can whatsapp but do not have enough signal to use the internet of even Facebook. Local phone calls drop constantly and it is impossible to have a conversation. Vodacom network is not supposed to be a slaap tiger!
