Poor signal

Signal problems at my home Brits Street 84 Meyerville Standerton 2430, i have absolutely no signal i cannot even make emergency calls at any time of day. I am not able to send or receive sms'e I really need Vodacoms assistance in this issue. Some times it looks like the signal is stuck. I visited the local Vodashop and their response was that they are unable to assist me in any of these issues.
