Poor services yet again

Yet again there bad service still continues. I was told by the online upgrade consultant that i should wait for tuesday for the last upgrade to fall away n i did. I logged in again todag but guess what i found an error message saying there is still an incomplete upgrade that is there on my number. This is really frastrating for me and i am taken from pillar to post without any resolution for my queries. I am really lost for worst and disappointed with vidacom.

We have cancelled the incompleted upgrade order from our side. You may try processing the upgrade again as the system will now allow you to upgrade your cellular number.
