Poor Services from Vodacom

I am very unhappy with the way Vodacom treats their Clients, i have called them with an issue which is exactly a month ago and no-one could assist me. I have been called by them with promises that they DO NOT even keep and now they are charging me more for my contract. i am very unhappy with this and thinking of joining a different Service Provider since Vodacom cannot even follow up or let me know what is going on . They have very poor communication and client help.
