Poor services
With repeated calls to Vodacom customer care my problem remains unsolved. I even spoke to a supervisor last week and to thus day I have not even received the reference number or any feedback. You feel completely powerless... Can such a large company be so ***********?? Specially if supervisors also can't help you.....
