Poor services by VodayPay App and BP Fuel garage

This morning I bought a voucher for R400 on the vodapay app for BP fuel which gives you R420 voucher. When I went to redeem the voucher BP said they no longer accept vodapay vouchers. I called BP customer service, they said they cannot issue a refund because the voucher was not redeemed, I then called Vodacom to explain the same, I was told I must call BP, now i have been on the phone form morning till now, nobody wants to take responsibility and refund me.
