Poor services

On the 22nd July 2024 I requested for premature cancelation, payed at Voda shop on the 24th and emailed my proof of payment, copy of ID and the signed cancellation form at the store, since the 24th I have been sending emails on a daily basis and when I call vodacom cancellation department I am told that they didn't receive my emails, mind you If they do not receive proof of payment in 9 days or the contract continues as normal, my question is how do I make sure someone checks their mails so that they can cancel my contract, my question is who will pay for that contract should the 9 days lapse
