Poor services

Extremely disappointed with Vodacom services. Every time I have to make a query about my statement. Surprisingly not all information is disclosed to the customer when making a sale/telesale. I have to find out about clip, connection fee that's not explained, migration that is free and able to cancel at no cost, fees that are from nowhere (service fee). Escalating costs not knowing where theyre coming from.Airtime that vanishes out, data bought and cannot connect or vanishes. It is very disappointing, I've been complaining about such matters and don't get resolved. Account is paid in time without fail with your escalating unexplained costs. sh**y service has been, All you do it prey, take where you see opportunity but cannot help.
