poor services

On the 5th April at 16h20, I walked into the store,spoke to a consultant by the name, Terryn, requesting a sim card swap, as another person is using it, she told me that the system is off line. I did request a manual swap as i don't need it active immediately, she walked to her manager by the name of Shakira,to the front counter and spoke to her, the manager did approve a manual swap but requested Terryn to take responsibility. Terryn refused taking responsibility in the presence of me and the manager, they now both declined my request. The manager then says that she cannot stay in that store till 8pm, when i said i will not leave the store the manager asked her staff to call security to remove me. i did say to Terryn that i will post via hellopeter , she claimed no problem. I now request to port both my lines to mtn, where i have 9 contracts and offer excellent services
