Poor service/no service

Hi I went to Vodacom in Limpopo, Venda Plaza and the person who was suppose to assist me said "this will take long (20 min) and I am going on lunch," she even showed us her handbag as indication that she is on her way out. I asked her if that was the right business conduct to tell clients that she cannot assist them because she is going out. By the way, we had waited for her to come back from somewhere (about 5 to 10 minutes) and when she did come back, she was continuing with her lunch. She is the only one who could assist us with that problem. Her name is Masale Nancy (on name tag).
