Poor service wrongly debited
Hi still have got any feedback from Vodacom I got incorrectly charged with 632 and my bill suppose to 335,48 subtract 103.99 which totals to R231, 49 and the amount owing was supposed to removed for handsets debited from amount R296. 84 but still not no feedback. They keep sending message that query is dealt with privately but I don't receive any correspondence from them I only receive spam calling. Please rectify this matter as query keeps getting closed but not resolved I was wrongly debited and I am not Liable for the R632 full amount please deduct the hands set installment fully from debit order as therf8were no agreement for any handset taken up from purchase of phone and as per latest migration I only took 2GB and not handset, the service is beyond poor and not acceptable

You have not fully answered my questions I still asked what is the correct amount to be debited is it 335,49 I understand that 632 had to be debited including g the 296 however you credited me with 322 as per invoice and but not credit showed in my bank account so and the full amount of 632 was taken meaning I am not owing anything but why does it show - 322 on my statement of please rectify as ur is taking too long to solve one simple question. No amount is owing now so please clarify the negative balance be cause I was never credited with 322 it shows that specifically on invoice and not my bank account
