4 months ago I phoned Vuma Reach customer care requesting they move my fibre line from my old address to the new one. To date it has not been done, and I have been debited in April, May & June for a line that I cancelled.

I have called their offices not less than 15 times to date with my airtime (R50 min each time I call) all they do is to toss me between departments while having me spell my name without solving my problem.

10 or more Emails of complaints have been sent to their customer care contacts, I received promises of vouchers to compensate the money they debited and lately promise of refund on June 30th. To nothing has been done instead there was a failed attempt to debit me again for the month July, luckily I had my card changed!

The agents each had a different story to tell, some claim I never cancelled my old line, others have all the details leading to the cancellation of my old line which was filed on the 14th of April and completed in May. But nobody has solved the issue to date. They create service request each time I complaint, change the status for fun then close it without even calling me.

They are still debiting me for a line that I cancelled months ago, I still do not have fibre at my new address, I have not been refunded and worse of all nobody bothered to call me.

Worst service I have ever received in my life. The customer care centre is a real circus.!!!
