Poor service - Vodacom upgrade
As part of my upgrade I received an online voucher. Been trying unsuccessfully to claim it the past week. Activations says Online must assist and Online says its Activations. Then I'm told to send a mail, and the mail bounces. Then told to log a call, and I get zero feedback... And so we go, round and round in circles. Hopefully through this avenue I'll get SOMEONE who actually cares to resolve the matter

27 Dec 2019, 09:01So now I receive the voucher, 17 days later, and the Celcom portal where I am suppose to use my voucher on does not only have an EXTREMELY poor selection of items, but doesn't even have any accessories for the device i upgraded to. Contacted Vodacom via DM on twitter, and they just shrug their shoulders. To top it all off, Celcom's portal is now down, and their offices closed. What a ****!!!!!!!
