Poor service- Vodacom is a ****

I see my review has been removed. My mom was given a wrong service in fact ******* into getting a product she ddnt want because the store did not have fibre and they have her a router and ever since the store has been saying they will fix the issue once they are done with renovations. This happens in March and 4 months later we are still waiting for this to be resolved.
