Poor service Vodacom insurance disgusts me.

My phone was ****** on the 9th I submitted everything. Nobody got back to me instead I had to call continuously. According to them they requested a recording. Because I claimed for a ****** phone and my insurance was for accidental damage fair enough I waited like a fool for a whole week, and nothing today I had to call again so they said no they clearly stated its for accidental damage so I requested the recording. Yes in the beginning it said accidental damage but four times it was said in case of damage theft or loss when I claim my simcard must be in the call damage theft or loss is the reason I took out this insurances they said okay call back at 5.30 and ask to speak to Tania or something she's the manager. Now she wants to tell me I also heard when he ASked for accidental yes I agree but did you hear the four times he mentioned theft loss or damage I'm the consumer I know what I heard I never had cellphone insurance so when I hear theft loss or damage over the phone this is what I'm buying now they making a fool out of me she doesn't wanna listen or respond when I ask did you hear him mention theft loss or damage. These people think we're stupid maybe uneducated to some extend but far as I'm concerned this is Bull****. Vodacom shouldn't give these people acces to sell **** to their customer.
