Poor service - vodacom

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the ongoing lack of service and the unresolved issues regarding my account. Despite my previous attempts to address these matters, I have yet to be contacted by anyone at Vodacom to rectify the situation.

The level of service I have received has been unacceptable. While promises are made at the outset, they are never fulfilled, and my inquiries continue to go ignored. It is frustrating to pay for a service that is not being delivered and to have no support when problems arise.

I am formally requesting that someone contact me immediately to resolve these outstanding issues. At this stage, I cannot recommend your services to others due to this poor experience.
