Poor service vodacom

<p>Vodacom the worst customer care division,I have incorrect debit order going of on my accouunt for a year.And the only solution to my problem is to go to the store were i took the contract,And that means i have to go from johannesburg to Durban, vodacom customer care cant help,vodacom accounts cant help . . . all they do is make you hold on and make you speak to people who have no understanding on how anything works at vodacom.</p> <p>3 days of phone calls</p>
