Poor Service Vodacom

Bought a Samsung TV on Black Friday from Vodacom. Television was delivered by Skynet.

Upon delivery we checked whether the remote and cables are in the box as well as if the screen was in good condition without turning on the television.

After switching on the television, a cracked on the inside was visible.

I have contacted Vodacom and Skynet, but do not receive any feedback.

I will not buy anything from Vodacom again, nor will I continue to keep van family's cellphone contracts with them.
