Poor service vodacom

Upgrade I am due for upgrade a but when I wanted to upgrade to the pS 4 I was told they do not have stock. The product was advertised at R 179 a month for 36 months. I was even told by the customer service that the stores can put in on back order but the do not want to. I was told is still on promotion but they still do not have stock. Its 1 month that I'm trying to this deal. It's really poor customer service from them and they just dont care.
