Poor service Vodacom

Ive started my new contract with Vodacom at Baywest in Port Elizabeth. When I got started the contract it was for a huawei P30 and you would get wireless earphones with the deal. But 4 months down the line I've yet to receive the earphones. I've been told that I never claimed for them which I do not understand. The day I signed the contract I had to give my delivery address for the parcel.
